I received the beanpot in cerise depite ordering them in volcanic. I arranged a return and a replacement only to be told that they cannot be replaced in the colour of my choice as basically the "fulfillment centre" will send out whatever they choose. This is a ridiculous statement as the products are clearly advertised in CHOICE of colours, and most Le Creuset users have a distinct preference in the colour they choose. Amazon did not bother to resolve this issue, they just said "sorry". Yeah, thanks a lot. In future I will shop elsewhere.

Volcanic is by far and away the only truly serious colour that Le Creuset have manufactured - other colours come and go, with various 'shades' of eg blue being manufactured exclusively for Le Creuset's 'A-class' customers,so it is impossible to guarantee a colour match - unless it is Volcanic,or "ORANGE"!
These little pots are no exception to the rule with a variety of uses from soups to cold deserts.
Watch you don't soak them too long tho' - the bases, being porous as on all the 'poterie' stuff, don't really lend themselves to this type of washing!

with lids, from Le Creuset.
French Onion soup is wonderful in these - the lids keep the contents steamy hot, but they are an equally stunning presentation for a colourful, mixed vegetable rice with a knob of butter melting on top!
Relatively lightweight, they are really easy to wash, either by hand or pop them in the dishwasher. They still look shiny and new after each use.
Available in a variety of colours, at Amazon.
Look out for the LARGE version, too - mix and match for a stunning effect!
