Le Creuset Cook n Bake 6 cup muffin tray

The muffins just fell out of the tray when they were cooked, and the little burnt bits of mix that fell on the top of the tray I could literally just push off the tray.

The trays are, obviously, much floppier than traditional metal trays, so they really do need something underneath, so either hang onto all your old metal bakeware or fill the trays once on the oven shelf.

I have to say I didn't believe this flabby, wobbly, rubbery stuff could do the business but it really does. I'm now a silicone convert but only in bakeware - no implants please!
That thought does pose the question: if you take one of these on a transatlantic flight, does it run the risk of exploding ala Pamela Anderson in mid-air?

Excellent quality, as you would expect, from 'Le Creuset', but has the added bonus of being flexible so it is easy to pop your muffin or cake out without breaking!
Excellent for children to use for Mother's Day treats, often supervised by a man so an even more useful time-saving gadget!
No need to line with baking cases, always tedious for little fingers, and easy to clean - the all important question when it comes to any form of cookware!
We pop ours in the dishwasher!
Forget cupboards full of rusting metal bun tins - this is the future!
