Made of strong, durable steel and coated with non-stick.
Will not react with flavours. Dishwasher safe/rustproof.
The rack keeps meat away from the base of your dish to allow the fat to drip away, ready to pour off for that super gravy!
Handles aid easy lifting, but don`t forget your Le Creuset oven gloves!
The only problem - what colour of roasting dish to buy to put it in!
