A clear and colourful, accurate clock May 16, 2008 B. Eden (UK) I bought one of these from Amazon for my bedside table, and like it so much I've bought 3 more for other rooms. True, the thermometer reading is a bit high, but the accurate clock and date are the main functions. The display is colourful, large and clear, with an automatic light sensor which brightens the display when the room is light, and dims it down when it's dark so you can always see it clearly. You need the mains adaptor plugged it for it to illuminate the display permanently. The coloured display make it look unique among digital clocks.
Superb Clock - Useless Thermometer April 27, 2008 Mr. D. A. Brooks Clear, bright (especially using mains adaptor) display, and easy to use - just plug in and it automatically sets time and date. Alarm is easy to set and turn on and off (at back of clock - snooze function is not for turning off). Thermometer is completely useless - reads anything from about 4 to 18 degrees too high - Precision would do better to remove this function as it only wastes space on the display. Five stars for the clock but none for the thermometer.
Its a clock, not a thermometer December 29, 2007 T. Spence (UK) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Reading the other reviews i thought they were a bit harsh when the main function of this is an alarm clock. Our thermometer runs about 2 degree to hot when plugged in but the clock is great, no glare, easy to read numbers and OK alarm - what more do you want?

Big display but poor functions October 17, 2007 Johannes Moeller 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
The display is very big indeed and well readable. However, the thermometer shows completely nonsensical values of about 30 C when it's around 20 C. The alarm is not very loud and the volume can't be adjusted. Also, the snooze function is quite poor since it cannot be turned of so it keeps ringing every 5 Mins for 20 Mins. precision Overall just three stars.
