My son wanted this type of toothbrush, until I saw that neither the batteries or brush head are replaceable. This gives the toothbrush a maximum life af about 6 months, which seems quite expensive. I hate anything disposable as it is a complete waste of resources. Does anyone know why they can't charge more and give it a longer life. I might buy it then.

I got given one of these by my uncle form the US and they are awesome!!! Not only do get through the mundane boredom of cleaning my teeth and keeping my dentist away I get to rock out to the black eyed peas pease every morning and evening. I thought it was just a gimmick to start but then I heard they had been given the support of the US and now the UK dental foundations so great all round. Now planning to buy them for my little siblings and friend's kids so that they can have fun whilst getting clean teeth at the same time!
