this is the future!
This is a really useful stainproof spoon/spatula from Le Creuset, overall dimensions - approx 11.25" long and 2.5" wide at the widest point.
Not only is it far more hygienic than a wooden spoon, as it can withstand temperatures up to 800 F/425 C, but far more versatile, too.
The removable, flexible head is dishwasher safe, although it is seldom necessary as it washes up a treat in hot, soapy water in the kitchen sink.
It will not scratch or damage any cookware surface.
Presented in a sealed pack it makes an excellent gift for the chef who already has everything!
