This product works beautifully, I would have given it five stars but removing the pulled cork is slightly fiddly. Best corkscrew that I have used.

Instructions I found a little confusing at first, well a couple of turns is not quite right.
BUT after 1st atempt we got the hang of it and even the wife loves it, well designed and easy to use.
