They say a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down. Not any more. This is a plastic sugar sifter designed by two young Italian designers under the guidance of the maestro, Alessandro Mendini. The sugar sifter is made by Alessi as part of the Family Follows Fiction range.
I really cannot rate this too highly. It is fun and bright, and also useful. You just twist the cap and it releases the sugar - especially useful for tea and coffee, but it can also be used for cookery. The pour is just fantastic.
The fantastic design and texture of the plastic just beg to be touched - and the grin on the front will enliven any morning.
And if red is not your colour, you can also get the sugar sifter in orange, green and blue. Or why not go for the full set? All available at the click of a mouse from Amazon. Go on, treat yourself!!!
