I did some research before buying this pan, I wanted one which could be heated in the oven aswell as on the hob. This is a great size, heavy, deep, the only pan I've used since it arrived!! A great price for a great pan!!!!

Have only just purchased this pan but am convinced it will become my favourite kitchen utensil. Really non-stick and fantastic with induction hob. Only slight gripe is the weight, but then that's quality for you and the extra handle makes it easier to lift.

Super pan, does everything it says and more. There really isn't much that can't be cooked in this pan, and the non stick easy clean surface is second to none.

I looked ages for a non-stick saute pan which was 28 cm and suitable for induction. made a decision and bought this one. Iam using the pan now for about 6 months, every day.... It is fantastic!! It is light (a lot of induction pans are very heavy to handle!!) its it very non-stick (little fat to use) and large..... I use it for steak, chicken with sauce, skate, and my favourite risotto... the only thing is that when U heat the pan dry it tend to come up in the middle.. so always use a bit of oil to start off... but otherwise brilliant.. I am now buying another smaller one...
