Other reviews of poor customer service are spot on.
I too returned my pan under the so-called "lifetime guarantee" after food started sticking to it every time I used it. I phoned them and described the pan, and the conditions under which it had been used and they encouraged me to send it in (at my own cost) for assessment. Unfortunately they seem to think that heating (!) and use of oil (!) made it lose its non stick surface, and that this is not covered by guarantee!!
Very poor show.

I agree with the above reviews.
I returned my pan after it had lost its non-stick, hoping that they would honour their lifetime guarantee. I had it promptly returned saying that I had used excessive heat on the pan! Its a frying pan! It should be able to withstand the heat of a conventional cooker, its not as if I have an industrial strength cooker.

We were very careful with our skillet but when it lost it's non stick after apporx 3 years we returned it under the guarantee. They sent it back saying excessive heat had been applied. It hadn't - we had been very careful. So agree with reviewer 1 - the lifetime guarantee doens't mean anything. Summing up - after a while it becomes useless and then the guarantee isn't enfored and you are left with an expensive useless piece of rubbish!

Analon will try to say that you have heated the pan to much when cooking, when the surface starts to blister. What does a lifetime guarantee mean? Very Little

it is large and cooks evenly and quickly. It has a fantastic surface that needs little fat and less effort to clean.
