I use a bottle of wine to keep other liquid drinks, like a preparation of herbal tea which I make in advance and drink in small quantities. This Vacuvin stopper is really THE solution to keep liquids fresh. The taste is not altered at all, and I am sure that when I keep this in the fridge, it will keep for several days without danger. This is a really good gadget. Have it and enjoy cold tea, juices etc.

The Vacuvin system is simple but very useful. I often open a bottle of wine but don't finish it, and if I recork it it really doesn't taste too great when I return to it a day or two later. Vacuvin stoppers, on the other hand, use a simple but effective technology to draw air out of the bottle and form a tight seal which keeps the wine fresh. These stoppers are the old style ones (Vacuvin have since updated the styling), and they seem to be a little better than the new version. They also make a very satisfying sound when you take them out of the bottle! A simple product that quickly seems like a great buy.
