Made from 100% liquid silicone and is ideal for all types of oven baking and roasting, even microwaving - up to temperatures of 280 C or down to -40 C for chilling/freezing. No risk of thermal shock.'
Reputed to be far more hygienic than tin-ware - it does not absorb odours or flavours. Won't rust.
Retains shape and easy to store - difficult to lose in a dark corner due to the colour!
Simply washes up in hot, soapy water, or pop it in the dishwasher.
A new generation in bake-ware, it is true to say that it may take a bit of getting used to, but worth that little effort and a proper read of the instruction guide!
As previously commented, light greasing can help!
Amazon has a great range to choose from whether you want to turn out a loaf, a sponge, a flan or a Yorkshire pudding or pop out a mini muffin - do it with style and with considerable ease.
