Product Description This 18 inch radio control interactive Dalek responds to spoken commands as well as having traditional radio control functions via a special multi-function control unit.
With independent head, body and eye movement as well as multiple sensory inputs including touch, this really is the 'supreme being in the universe'. The Dalek has several built-in operating 'modes' including voice programmable movement, 'Seek Locate!' mode and 'Follow me!' mode where it will find and track a moving object. In addition it has static and roving room guard modes, remembers and reacts to Doctor Who characters and will even play a game to find the Doctor if he's hiding.
Requires 4xD cell, 4 x AA cell and 1 x 9V batteries (not included). Suitable from 8 years.

Doesn't work January 16, 2008 Martin Ansell (Middlesbrough) 5 out of 8 found this review helpful
I've had 2 of these now they simply don't work, the dalek responds to some commands but in a random fashion. An example would be "Dalek"; "YES" "do you recognise the Doctor?" 9no response. or "Dalek"; "YES"; "game mosde" dalek then spins in a random circle and points in a random direction, usually not at any child at all. Most other commands don't work at all the Dalek usually goes into patrol mode after a while and then becomes fixated on a table leg. A very disapointing product, I contacted the manufacturers customer service 2 weeks ago and they have yet to respond. Certainly i don't think it is worth any more than 50
This is fantastic! December 28, 2007 Doctor Who fan (Penperlleni, Monmouthshire) 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
Any Doctor Who fan will love this dalek - it has provided us with hours of fun. It responds well to spoken commands and trundles around the house searching out intruders and exterminating them!!! One of the best interactive toys I have come across - not cheap but worth the money!!!
