I've had to buy a couple of cooling pads in my day, especially since I was stupid enough to buy a non-brand name notebook computer. But this was by far the worst. It didn't work at all. My laptop actually heated up the cooling pad. I'm going to get my money back if I can. DO NOT waste your time with this product.
