Don't know if they just sent the wrong thing by mistake but what I received aren't as in the photo. They are sort of V shaped at the top and do not snap open and closed, they are worn backwards so the V bit goes behind your head. Feels a bit weird at first but I've got used to it, just make sure you wear them the right way up or they will feel like they're going to slip off.
On a good note they are made by Sony, work fine, the cable is a decent length and the sound quality is fine.
So they're not bad, but not quite what I expected, so gave them a 3/5
If you want to look them up, the product I received was the Sony MDR-G54LP. There are plenty of images on Google Images and a good description on the Sony website. However like I said I may have just been sent the wrong thing. Too much hassle to find out though at under 10, so up to you if you want to take this review with a grain of salt.
