This is the second Jabra JX10 I've bought in the past two years; I've tried three other types in the past but this one is the best - lightest on the ear, best sound quality, neat looking and easy to pair up and use. The only problem I've encountered is with the earloops. They are pretty flimsy and the slightest knock breaks the little hooks on them which attach to the headset. I've got through quite a few during the year and they aren't cheap. That said, you can use the headset without the hook as it fits snugly in the ear.
