Product Description This board has the extra feature of having a built in mouse/joystick. These really are miniature things, measuring only 30cm wide and 15.5cm deep, these are the same as our other BTC mini keyboards, except they are wireless as well! These have a USB receiver which you can plug in and hide away, ideal for use in media centres where you won't want to have to have a wire dangling across the floor. These also have a number pad function like a laptop keyboard. RF Frequency -just plug them in and away you go, no need to press buttons like conventional wireless keyboards. These have seven internet hotkeys, 2 programmable gaming buttons and also a 'joystick' which can be used as a mouse or a joystick depending on what you're doing. And they even come complete with 2 AA Duracell batteries, and a driver CD. These really are amazing little devices! Full English Layout, only suitable for PCs running Windows 98se and above. They are not Mac compatible.

Had to return it August 14, 2008 Susan Flower (Chesham, Bucks United Kingdom) I may have just been unlucky but I've had to return the one I bought. One key had a really annoying click and some of the others didn't always respond
5 months and going strong... June 23, 2008 N. Corry 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this keyboard on 31st Jan, (after much net researching) I had previously used a logi tech wireless keyboard, but wanted something smaller and lighter for "on lap use." The other reports pretty much cover all the basics - I am just reporting that after 5 months hard use (role playing games -several hours nightly) I have "just" got the warning to replace the supplied batteries! I can confirm there are no issues with battery life! Nice features I like include the fact that the keyboard is easy to "pick up," the "cheese shape wedge" design means you can easily get your fingers under the edges with ease, much easier than my previous keyboard. The hotkeys can be individually programmed, they do come pre-programmed with the basic "web user most used functions" or the "music user" interface (as i call it) for media access functions (more "remote user friendly") As mentioned in other reports the "joy stick mouse" is slow and no "windows" key, however, I dont find that a problems so have awarded the full 5 stars.
Brilliant peice of kit June 20, 2008 James C. Tabiner 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've had this for three weeks now, perfect for lounge pc use. Mouse is slightly slower than would like but it's not something to complain about, just don't plan on using it for any type of gaming apart from maybe solitaire. Change the batteries pretty quick or the range will fall dramatically. use GOOD batteries not pound shop ones. The board works well in a ten metre range but it does like to have line of site to the reciever. I'm getting another one for my bedroom pc when i got 15 quid to spare
Using this with my PS3... June 4, 2008 Mr. D. Mills (Cambridge) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
...and it's fab. Great compact size, good weight and quality. Took me a while to decide which of the many wireless USB keyboard I should buy and I'm very pleased I decided on this one! Thoroughly recommended.

I was a little dubious about the joystick mouse replacement, but it works pretty well, mouse speed depending on how far you push the joystick. All I miss are a middle mouse button, and a scroll button. It's small enough (laptop keyboard size) to hold one handed when using the mouse, and I can just manage to reach all the keys using my thumbs when I hold it by the sides. Transmission is reliable, unlike the previous wireless keyboard I used. I use it with linux, all the function keys are recognised. My only real gripe is that no keys have indexes, so typing blind is tricky. Ideal for an HTCP - I have yet to try gaming with it!
