Elegant and Great to Use, but beware February 6, 2008 Simon Tomey (UK) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This is an elegant and attractive device. The pointer is metal and feels well made, sits well in the hand when in use or in the pocket when not. The receiver plugs straight into the USB port and will work immediately with no software required to advance or reverse slides (e.g. MS powerpoint). Comes in an attractive display case even with spare batteries. Laserpointer works well. Beware however of a bug I experienced. Although the device worked flawlessley in two locations it had a serious malfunction at a client's premises. I'm guessing there is some peculiar wireless/radio interference at these particular premises. I am reassured by the fact that it worked flawlessly at two other locations where there were wireless devices. Very good price and if it didn't have this bug I'd have happily paid more for it, hence four stars (five for elegance and build, downrated three for the bug, but uprated two for the price!). Digital Daffodil were very helpful and courteous in helping me to try and isolate the fault.
