Broken April 10, 2008 Ben Cousens (UK) 4 out of 8 found this review helpful
Worked great for a while and then for no reason, it died. Now it cannot be read by any computer. Maybe thats why it is cheap. Unacceptable really. Would not recommend.
Excellent product - good value for money April 8, 2008 Customer from London (London) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I bought this USB stick a couple days ago. So far it's been working as it should. It's very small and lightweight. The cap is securely attached, so it doesn't fall off. The USB stick didn't need a system reboot (I have windows xp professional edition) and worked on every single computer I tried instantly (even mac). 4GB is also a lot of space, which I truly need, so this is pure value for money. I'm extremely pleased with the warranty of 1 year (and hope I won't need it). So far, there hasn't been any drawbacks. There is some free-trial software on the stick, which I haven't had the time to check out yet - so I can't comment on that. Unfortunately the stick isn't password protected but you can download data protection software from the internet and encrypt all sensitive data on it, so that could save you the extra pounds you'd be required to spend on a USB stick with password protection. I'd definitely recommend this product because it's just pretty, does what it's supposed to do and seems very robust and reliable - and don't forget the cheap price.
Bad product 1 star (and its lucky to get that) April 7, 2008 Mrs. Elisabeth Ramsden (UK) 4 out of 10 found this review helpful
The product will only allow me to use 8mb of space and frankly thats awful, i bought a 4gb version because i needed plenty of space and yet i get 1 five-hundredth of the advertised space, NOT GOOD.
Best in Class March 29, 2008 Bullfrog (Scotland) 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
Well built, sturdy, a cap that fits on securely, a hole for a lanyard. the 4gb is well priced. I have had a number of USB Thumb Drives ranging from cheap n' cheerful to expensive. This is by far the best and a fantastic price.
