Ordered what is a superb product for a birthday present item failed to arrive contacted seller Avides Media they refunded me no apology for not supplying in time for main birthday present, wrecked the birthday as had nothing to give and Avides Media failed to let me know that they couldn't supply until 11th hour, had this problem before with Avides Media, but gave them a second chance, they let me down all over again and I would not recommende that anyone orders through this company they are arrogant and totally unreliable.
Shame Sony can't supply this product direct, its a great product wrecked by poor selling services and poor availability.
My advice, steer clear of Avides Media I shall never order from them again and its sellers like these that are not putting me off shopping via Amazon.
