Eventually I gave up on my BT product, it was useless, not user friendly and the handsets started to work intermittently.
The Panasonic is super, easy to use, better quality sound and my wife likes it!!

Excellent quality item from Panasonic. They put any BT offerings totally in the shade. Have had several BT phone bundles and have to say they are really poor compared to these.
Don't look any further, if you want a superb set of wireless phones, go for these.
Remember, BT are putting the cost of 1571 up to 3.00 from September, cancel it, and use the answering machine incorporated with this phone set instead.

Updated my telephone system following poor BT phones. These Panasonic telephones are streets ahead. With the BT branded phones I had to delete incoming telephone numbers of each handset individually with this Panasonic kit delete from one the others are deleted at the same time. Same with updating the call list, do one, do them all.
highly recommended.

As the least techie person in the world I ordered these phones with some trepidation. But, they look good, setting them up couldn't have been simpler & they're really easy to use.

Having recently bought (and got rid of) a disappointing Philips pair of DECT phones we bought the quad pack of these phones a month ago and to date they have performed very well. The batteries charge quickly and easily, the displays are easy to read, the phones copy the phone-books to each other easily and the sound quality is very good too. The intercom function is handy for summoning the kids. We don't use the answer machine facility but it is ready to use if we want with the press of a button. All in all I expect we will using these for a long time to come. Not the cheapest phones out there but we tried those and wasted our time and money. Recommended.
