The Panasonic KX-TG7220 is part of the brand new range from Panasonic Panasonic KX-TG7220 replaces the hugely popular KX-TG7120. The new model has a smaller, neater base unit and a better finish to the handset, with a higher tactile quality. The Panasonic 7220 is available in single to six pack and features 20 minute recording time, illuminated LCD and a 50 name and number phone book (transferable between handsets). The Panasonic 7220 is wall mountable, but requires an additional bracket.

The phone calls are clear but the answering machine is very poor. Perhaps there is something wrong with mine but you can hardly make out what has been said.

After years of buying BT phones I was swayed by the good reviews of the Panasonic range. Buying phone this I wasn't disapointed. Very easy to set up and I really like the copy feature so I dont have to enter everything into two phones. It has a nice feel to it and really good sound quality.

both handsets are excellent quality, very well made, comes with rechargable batteries 4x... <2 batteries> for each handset. with cool screen graphics!
the answerphone comes with some fantastic greetings that do really sound real, not just a computerized voice. (sweet female voice)
for under 60 with free delivery, an excellent bargain, if you have a large family please try the same model only in quad or trio for a few quid extra.
for sound quality, build, answerphone, retail packaging = total 9/10

Actually purchased the TG7232E which is virtually identical.
Just replaced my BT studio twin handset TAM with this model and it is far superior in every way. Most important is the answering machine. Messages are clear and easily understood, unlike my last BT machine which I eventually returned under warranty due to the awful quality of the recorded messages.
