This is a great little desk. It is really sturdy and well built. My daugher has it for two and a half years now and just sits and colours all day long- it is just perfect for her. I particularly like the fact that it has a drawer that she can pull out so she has never clipped her finger on a desk lid! I am now looking for another one for my 2 year old and can't find one anywhere bar ebay for which my bid is now 30 and 14 postage for a second hand one so I think that says a great deal! Would highly recommend this desk.

My granddaughter's desk and chair was delivered promptly, but found it to be defective 10 days before Christmas. On contacting the company they would not guarantee replacing the part before Christmas and therefore I had to drive 120 miles to collect replacement part myself. On assembling of the desk I found most of the parts had been repaired with white wood filler which was now yellow due to the varnish; plus a lot of the repairs to the desk legs had not been finish, leaving the surface very ragged. Also the draw fell to pieces due to the lack of any glue or securing device. My overall view of this product was poor quality, so buyer beware

Received desk and chair within 5 days of order which was great because my daughter had it for her birthday. The quality of the wood is fantastic very strong and durable. Easy to put together and should last many years. We are all very happy with this product.

After The Quick Delivery And Waiting Until The Day Before My Sons Birthday to assemble, I Wasn't that happy with the desk or the finish, ovyously the desks are mass produced but i think more care shold be taken to check items before they are packaged.
I First noticed the exesive us of stopping (coloured wood filler) on the edges of most screw holes, and joints, as i started to assemble sections of the desk, clumps of the filler decided to fall out i wasnt to happy with that and then when the unit was fully assebled i checked the bolts/screws were all tight (which they were) and relised that the desk and the chair wernt really stable enough so im going to have to add an extra support lower down on the desk and the chair to stableize it further, because i cant see that with constant use the chair and desk with last long around my two young children

my husband is a joiner/carpenter and he was extremely impressed with the quality of this item.
our grandaughter was absolutely delighted with her desk and chair, it certainly made her birthday very special indeed.
