Excellent First Impressions Ruined by Faulty Zip Toggle October 7, 2008

My excellent first impressions of an attractive well-made padded case for my hard drive were completely dashed by the fact that the toggle on the zipper came off when I pulled the zipper closed for the very FIRST time (yes, the 1st time!!)
Its not worth returning the case for this small defect which does not harm the case's usefulness or functiality but its a great pity it ruins my impressions of an otherwise excellent product.
