Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars Excellent companion to taking actual classes?!   November 8, 1999

I actually found this book prior to finding a class! Vitually everyone now wants a copy, as it helps to remind you all the moves you've been taught that night. Photographs of the various positions and perhaps most importantly, the feet positions really are invaluable! Tricky to pick up the form on its own, because it is such a flowing form (wonderfully relaxing and does wonders for posture and balance, and that's coming from a rugby player!), and, in my humble opinion, would be best used alongside a properly taught class. Much easier to follow than some of the sheets that often get given out!
