This is a well written book and covers alot of ground. It covers the 24 and 88 posture Yang style and although the diagrams of the movements are a bit small, they are clear and the accompanying text is very good. A special feature, especially for those who can't attend regular tuition, is the footwork guide. The book contains a fold out footwork guide for the long and the short form which, in the case of the short form, is very detailed and somthing I havn't seen presented in a book before. It also has the list of the 10 points to keep in mind while practicing (always useful for the beginner), which is repeated in many books on Taijichuan and a guide to Push Hands.
