This DVD has some lovely pictures of the country side, ruined castles, and wild life. However the accompanying music is a little annoying which I find gets in the way of reaching a true meditative state. I bought this DVD to help my wife learn about charka energy and meditation. It did neither. I've done first and second degree Reiki and I know how to balance charkas and how to meditate, I felt this DVD didn't help with either. My wife didn't even manage to watch it to the end. If you like nice video of the country side and wild life etc; and you don't mind what you listen to you could day dream your way through the 51 minutes. This is why I have given charka dream relaxation two stars. If you want to learn true meditation and genuine charka balancing or healing this is not the DVD for you in my opinion.
