5 out of 5 stars Fab!   August 7, 2008

I know a fair few people have been reasonably disparaging about the workout in this video, but I wholeheartedly disagree.

When I got home from holiday about six weeks ago, I got on the scales and realised that I had managed to pile on weight. I undertook a calorie controlled diet (roughly 1500 calories per day - give or take a bit) and bought this video.

I remember the day after the first time I did it - I was in so much discomfort I could hardly move - it was a real eye-opener as to how unfit I actually was!!

However, six weeks on, I have lost over a stone and I can honestly say that I look and feel better than I have in years. This exercise dvd has played a big part in it. Not only is it a really good work out, it's also excellent fun. Jordan is endearing as she whinges her way through the workouts, with Richard Callender (who is all kinds of amazing) pushing her and the viewer forward.

Cheesy? Pink? Bit silly? Oh yeah. Works? Absolutely.

3 out of 5 stars Not what I expected   July 16, 2008

I bought this dvd after other reviews said it was challenging. I didnt find it nearly as hard as I wanted it to be. When I want to work out I want to sweat and feel puffed out but with this the whole dvd felt like a warm up. I have the first 2 pump it up work out dvds and they really work me hard but I fancied a change. I think it would be suited to people that are starting work out regimes and are looking for something to start out with. The trainer in the Jordan work out was V. Annoying, I know in most workout dvds the trainer repeats themselves a lot but this man went to extreams and I felt like shouting at the tv to tell him to shut up. I couldn't do this dvd day in day out for that reason. The only aspect I personally liked was the clock in the corner but apart from that I thought it was unchallanging and annoying.

Didn't expect too much of it...but I am doing it almost every day and absolutely love it...really feel the difference!
It is funny to see Jordan working out :)
The clock really helps you to keep going...
can't wait to get home and start again

awwwwful. the worst work out video i have ever encountered. words cannot describe how bad this is. couldnt watch more than five minutes though and couldnt do the work out as too distracted by the pink scenery and ridiculous outfits.

2 out of 5 stars Jordan Workout Not All That   April 30, 2008

I bought this DVD alittle while back, but never got round to doing it. I put it on the other week and haven,t had it on since. I like Jordan, and after the hype she built up about it, I thought it was going to be brillant. I was disappointed with the routine, alot of on the spot moves and I was starting to get abit bored. Jordan was a joke, she hardly broke out in a sweat, so why she needed to change her outfit for every section I do not know. I have been doing the Natalie Cassidy DVD, and in that you are constantly moving around and its absolutely brillant, I love it. So Jordans just seemed to be abit dull for me.
