I was really looking forward to trying this DVD and couldn't wait to see the results. However, I was really disappointed when I tried to do it but found that as my living room was an average size and not the size of a dance studio I couldn't comfortably do the exercises without bumping into furniture. I also found it really irritating the way Rosemary's fellow exercisers (particularly the lady on the left) seemed to have stuck on smiles and fixed expressions, we all know we do not smile like that when exercising! I am really impressed with how Coleen has lost so much weight and this was one of the things that inspired me to buy the DVD seeing a real women who has had kids get the results but there is no way that the picture on the front cover of Coleen has not been airbrushed you can clearly see when she is exercising that she is not that toned or slim and it's a shame that they portrayed her this way. Personally I shall continue with Davina McCall's Power of 3 DVD where she is herself and reallistically sweats and pulls faces when exercises just like the rest of us!

This DVD ACTUALLY WORKS!! I did not think it would but having done it about 10 times - I see a big difference in my figure. I feel much fitter. I have lost 2 inches round my waist, really toned up my tummy and chest and my legs. To say I was sceptical when I bought this is an understatement cos no fitness dvd has ever worked for me before. This one is different. Follow what Rosemary says. Do exactly as she says and it works. I now do this dvd every day and go for walks. I am nearly 44 but I feel as if I am 24 again. I am now a massive R.C. fan. Thank you Rosemary. Like another reviewer said, you dont start to sweat buckets but you do tone up and lose fat yet it is actually quite easy to do and you can follow Rosemary, Coleen or the young fit 28 year old. Brilliant. Buy it.

I have been unfit for some time, after trying this out I realsied how much! I am eating sensabley now and with this work out I shall loose some weight. Standing a lot does not help and I realise I am getting to the point when I can improve my fitness level. I watch Coleen Nolan on Loose Women and she has realy done well- I hope to as well!
Warning: "Contains NO New Workouts!" June 15, 2008 Scots Lass (Scotland) An excellent, fun and well explained selection of work outs, suitable for all levels, BUT fans of Rosemary MAY already have these exercises from a previous dvd. The difference here is the involvement in the class of chirpy Coleen Nolan who has successfully lost weight and who shows the viewer how to carry out the exercises. The music is great, the explanations clear and there is plenty of guidance for all levels of pupil. A booklet of receipes is included. The 10 minute sections - with clock counting down on screen - mean the viewer can work at their pace and match their programme to the time available.

I have been doing rc bny since beg feb this year.I didn't really need to loose weight but I am very pair shaped and felt a bit wobbly in places.I have lost about 4 pounds in weight,but the inch loss has def been good.I forgot to measure myself from the beggining,so i started a month in.so far I have lost 3 " from my waist,2 " from each thigh,and I now have some muscles in my arm which i never had before,oh yeah and a flatter stomach!!!it def works if you stick to it,I started off prob a bit too keen doing it every night after work,if i could.just the warm up,fat burner and either a toning work out or a sit up one.I try and do it at least 3 times a week now.i do watch what i eat and lost just over 3 stones from about 2002 to 2003,i have managed to keep it all off.i think rosemary conleys videos are def the best,i tried natalie cassidy's work out but found i kept pulling a muscle in my leg.rc is very simple to use and you can do as much or as little as you like.
