Product Description Logitech's Cordless 2.4 GHz Presenter lets you effectively manage your time during presentations with a built-in and programmable LCD timer. The automatic 5- and 2-minute vibration warnings will let you focus on your presentation, not on the clock. With 15 meters (50 feet) of cordless range, you can move around an auditorium with confidence. No software is required, just plug it in and it works. You'll enjoy extra features like "launch slideshow", "black screen", and volume control, plus an integrated laser pointer. The cordless mini-receiver stores inside device.

Top Presenter July 12, 2008 William Notcutt (Norfolk, UK) I am an experienced presenter of formal lectures, papers and seminars. This Logitech presenter is brilliant and I cant fault it. My presentations are often complex and this device gives me finger tip control over what is on the screen. The vibrating timer is an invaluable cu to start wrapping things up without apparent haste. I strongly recommend buying ones own such device for anyone who uses Powerpoint regularly. However, it requires the owner to practice and become skilled in pointing the laser at the right point on the screen!
First rate piece of kit July 2, 2008 David Burnby (Hull United Kingdom) I have used many different remote presenters and settled on the Logitech brand based on positive feedback from conference venues. The Logitech fits comfortably in the hand and is a sensible size - many are too small and fiddly. The device is easy to install and use. I found that my fingers naturally fall to the advance/return buttons and all controls are designed so you can identify them easily by touch and without having to look at the device. The laser pointer is excellent and the timer a useful addition that is very straight forward to programme. The device comes in a smart velcro fastened case and the USB transmitter snaps inside the controller making it ideal for slipping in a laptop bag and transporting around. If you're looking for a simple to use, practical and functional remote device to enhance PowerPoint presenting, look no further!
Good presentation control May 2, 2008 Nayan B. Ruparelia (Watford, England.) This is my first presentation remote control, and I found it a joy to use. It is small enough to fit in a pocket and sits well in your hand when giving presentations. Has good battery life -- I used it a few months after it had been sitting in its case, and it worked well. The LCD display takes a little getting used to, but its quite good to have. All in all, a good device.
My best purchase in years... March 4, 2008 APL (UK) I bought one of these last July, and it's turned out to be one of the best purchases I've made for a long time. I frequently use Powerpoint - and using a remote control gives you the freedom to make the slides integrate seamlessly with what you say. I've used it on several PCs, and never found any problem - I just plug the little dongle into a USB socket and away it goes. I always carry spare batteries with me, but haven't needed them yet, despite using it for about ten to twenty hours per week since July. I like the easy forwards and backwards controls, and the button to black out the screen is really handy when you want everyone to look at you for a change. Press again and your slide appears back on the screen. There's a neat little black cloth case, with velcro flap at the top, to protect it when you're not using it. Definitely five stars!
just the job April 25, 2007 hardatwork (york, uk) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
An excellent piece of kit. Simple and comfortable to use. It takes two AAA batteries, which makes it a little heavier than presenters driven by calculator-type batteries - but still only weighs 65g in all. Also the whole package is nicely compact; the dongle parks within the handset itself which then fits securely into a neat fabric case. I As far as I can tell the only difference between this and the more expensive version is that the latter is billed as working for mac as well as pc.
