Disappointed June 27, 2008 Matt (UK) I purchased these headphones to replace those supplied with my ipod. The sound was fairly good for the price however there is a fair amount of 'wire noise' whilst walking. Sadly one of the earpieces stopped working after 2 months - I am looking for an alternative replacement.
Give them time! June 16, 2008 Ms. R. Woodfine (Sunderland, UK) When you first use these headphones they truly are awful, with practically no bass. But as with most headphones you need to break them in with lots of usage, just set them on a loud volume for a few hours and use them regularly and you'll hear the sound just getting better and better. Just make sure you stick them right in (they are in-ear headphones). They are excellent for blocking out sound (don't use them when cycling you'll not be able to hear cars behind you!) There is no way you can compare these with the supplied ipod headphones as they are a league above. One small problem, as others have noted, if you are moving around alot like jogging you can hear the friction in the wires, this may bother some people but I don't find it a annoying at all.
Disappointed May 21, 2008 J. Tucker (cardiff) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought these as a replacement for my I-pod earphones because I thought the sound would be better and because I thought they would be quieter to those sitting next to me on trains etc. Well first the good points. The buds sit well in the ear although they feel a little odd compared with traditional earphones, (they would be better for jogging etc) and they do block outside noise fairly well, which is what they are supposed to do. However, they can still be heard quite easily by people next to you and the killer blow, the sound is tinny. The box boasts of "bass driven sound". Well I listened to them and alternated them with my standard issue ipod phones and the ipod wins hands down. The bass on these phones is poor. I wish I hadn't bought them and will use them only when I am jogging (never) or in the gym (as if!)
Crackling earbuds May 7, 2008 Dilruba Begum (London, England) 1 out of 4 found this review helpful
The earbuds that they supplied crackle when you put them in your ear and I had to use the earbuds from my phones headset

I own a lot of earphones and headphones(top of the line ones) and comparing the clarity of this earphone to the others i have, you can hear every little detail and instrument.Bass is fine as well. It's worth your money
