Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Great product..Highly recommended   August 10, 2008

First off all thanks Johan Peter (Amsterdam) for his positive review to help me choose this one. It was a gamble for me to trust on only one review. And its a great product. Why?

1. Reasonable price
2. Excellent product design
3. Superb sound quality (specially bass)
4. In ear bud, makes a really noice cancelling sound.
5. 3 sized rubber tubes helped to get fitted in ears.
6. Easy pairing
7. Transmission of the signal is great;
8. you can 'take the device apart' with a twist and use the receiver independently from the in-ears neck-strap and connect EVERY headphone that you want to it;
9. Easy control off your mp3 tracks (next/previous, volume up/down. Dont need to get out ur phone every time to control tracks.
10. Battery life is reasonable
11. Ac charger supplied. So no need to wait for pc/laptop to charge the unit.

And I have to quote some form previous review as well which absulately right.

you never have problems where to keep it when you wear it but not use it;

it's so comfortable that you can sleep wearing it;

it looks great, especially when you wear dark colours;

it's lightweighted.

I am happy that, I have bought one.

5 out of 5 stars Best Bluetooth headset on the market   April 11, 2008

The SHB7100 has no Bluetooth transmitter/adapter included because it's supposed to be used with mobile phones. Forget that, buy the Jabra A120s Bluetooth adapter and you are the owner of the best Bluetooth headset there is. Why?

The transmission of the signal is great;

so is the sound-quality of the in-ears;

you can 'take the device apart' with a twist and use the receiver independently from the in-ears neck-strap and connect EVERY headphone that you want to it;

your Hi-Fi too, which gives your mp3-player instant remote-controll;

a fully charged battery works 10-12 hours;

you never have problems where to keep it when you wear it but not use it;

it's so comfortable that you can sleep wearing it;

when you own an iPod you can use the other Jabra Bluetooth Adapter, the A125s, which gives you the luxury [and safety] of keeping your iPod in your pocket or suitcase because it, combined with the SHB7100, provides flawless remote-controll;

it looks great, especially when you wear dark colours;

it's lightweighted.

In Germany this article is quite a hit at Amazon.de so do some lucrative research there.

Edit: when I wrote this review +30 sellers of this item were competing in Sennheiserland. This number has shrunk dramatically recently. Not because of bad reviews [8***** of 15, the rest bluetooth-clueless]: I guess the production-cycle is coming to an end for the SHB7100. Sad, because this design is the only one of it's kind. The seemingly simular Sony DR-BT20NX is built in one piece [no possibility of connecting other headphones or your Stereo], the Jabra version has bad sound-quality, works much shorter on a full battery and the in-ear wires are not integrated within the neck-strap.

I took the risk some time ago to buy a heap of this model -for a good price- and they all work flawlessly. For the record: even the oldest which I bought more than a year ago for 125 Euro [100 Pound] still works like new. This surprises me, to be honest. My iPod-Video aged considerably during that time.

So if you, like me, hate wires and those torturous Bluetooth on-ear neck-ring bad-sound flash-light mis-constructions...

Try one.
