Purchased this and the SoundAsleep Pillow. Not much to choose between them on sound quality. However, this item half the price, you can keep your favourite pillow, and it is less likely to be heard by your sleeping partner.

enjoy listening to soothing music or sounds, helps me sleep, this product doesn't disturb anyone else only head on pillow can hear.
Friend says "great in room with baby cot!!"
