Not for serious iron-pumpers, but a reasonable choice for very light weight-training, either to gain some basic strength from a low starting point or just to keep in trim. Well finished, a good grip and the adjusters don't loosen in use. Though adjustable in increments of 1 kg, the procedure is slow. If you want to vary weight during a session you might be better off with a set of individual dumbells (costlier than the adjustable dumbells for the same weight range).
