It even shows you a digital running track so you can monitor your progress around a 400 meter track. on top of that it as a distance counter that will show you the total distance you have made. there is also a calourie counter so you can see exactly how much unwanted fat your burning and as a safety measure simply attach the safety clip on to your top or shorts and in the unlikely event that you slip the cord pulls the safety stop device which will instantly stop the treadmill.
