I've got the 1kg and 2kg set- they have a nice slip free matt grip and they work far better for my girly wrists than the traditional dumbell where you have to adjust the total weight by changing a disk- the centre of gravity is better and they don't need to be tightened up. It's actually a good thing that they are sold singly as I managed to lose one of the luminous green ones!
My only gripe is that they don't have a 0.5 kg increment- for that you need York 10kg Vinyl Fitbell Kit in a Case(soon to be sampled). Going up a whole kilo at a time is a bit too much for me as I gradually build up my strength after an arm injury.
