When not actually exercising try walking around with the weights on your ankles. Use them to give a little boost and resistance to an aerobic workout. They may be too big for wrists even tightly wound as far as it could go but they are good for the aformentioned and much cheaper then dumbbells, (which you can't wrap around your legs). Not a bad purchase.

These are a first class product. They have helped me get into shape alot quicker due to the added resistance.
Easy on off strap and durable design.

I havn't been able to use these for anything since the adjustable strap DOES NOT fasten securely at all. At the tightest level these wrist weights can even pass right over my hands!! (and I have big hands) What is that good for?! Waste of money.
