What size Gym/Exercise Ball do I require? The suggested ball size is related to your height. This is so that when you sit on the ball (when correctly inflated to the indicated size) your knees are positioned slightly lower than your hips. If having a large rubber ball to try and do sit ups on is your thing (and I bought one, so it must be mine), then this will do the job. The one slight criticism is that the seal on the inflation valve isn't great so it will leak air slowly and you'll have to give it a few minutes of work with the pump once a week (which uses a hand action your entire family will find hilarious) to keep it full. Beyond that, though, this is a perfectly good purchase.
