I have pretty average sized hands. I ordered large:~ they are TINY. Unless you have hands the size of Action Man you need to order xl. Also the stitching isn't great: the velcro fastening on one of them has came adrift after wearing them once, and on one glove there's an annoying stitching ridge which interferes with grip. Having said all that: if they fit and you get a pair where some quality control has been exercised they may be a good glove as the design and padding seems good.
Overall: disappointing. I'm in the market for alternatives.

these gloves are super fit if u have small hands they have gel in them and fit tightly at first but then sort themselves out stunning girip when lifting weights if u have small hands it's pefect couldn't have asked for better gloves for the gym
