I have found this set useful as a starter set for pilates. I think the book 'Sculpt Your Body with Balls and Bands' is also a good starter book to use with this set.
Now all ya need is the willpower and you'll have a perfect body in no time...well soonish.
As I haven't got a lot of weight to shed, but am just looking to tone up after the birth of my rather large baby I thought I'd try something new. So far pilates using the above mentioned items has worked quite well.
