Good, but useless? August 21, 2008

Before I criticise this lock I must say that it seems to do the job perfectly. Unfortunately I have so far found no insurance companies that have 'rated' Onguard locks. This means if i want to insure my bike I will have to buy one of the rated locks on the market, making this a complete waste of 15. If anyone has found an insurer that includes these locks please post a link!
As for the stars it may be harsh but if I cant insure my bike because of the brand it really isn't fit for purpose. 4-5 stars if it wasn't for this issue.
