Great little light November 1, 2008 Mr. D. Buck 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Upsides: Easy to recharge (if your computer is on several hours a day). Low battery warning - From the time it warns you, you have about 30 mins before the light turns itself off, but it usually has some charge left if needed. Bright - While not been the best for cycling in unlit areas you will still be able to see if you don't go too fast. Small - Hardly takes up any space on handle bars, less than most lights. Can be used as a hand held torch - It fits snugly in the hand and the button is easily accessible. Downsides: Focused beam/Limited area lit up - It's because the beam is so focused that it is bright but the downside is it only lights up a small area. Button is easy to catch - I often carry mine in my pocket when I leave my bike, problem is any time something brushes up against my pocket it catches the button. Cover not fully secure - The cover for the USB adapter (the black bit at the end) just slots on, while I've had no problems with it so far I can foresee it dropping off often once it has seen some wear and tear. Overall this is an excellent light for your money. If you cycle mostly in lit areas, either dimly lit or bright then this light will be perfect, for night time countryside riding you might be best considering something brighter.
