I have tried every keep fit dvd/video going, and always get bored after two days. I have been doing this billys bag dvd for a week and am loving every minute of it. I am not watching the clock as I have done with other workouts, I cannot wait to get up in the morning to do it. Its a miracle...I highly recommend it.

I have been doing Tae-Bo for about 3 years and once you start you will never look back, Tae-Bo is hugely addictive, not only do you lose weight, tone up and become stronger, you actually feel really cool whilst exercising. This DVD is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or at an advanced level. Billy talks you through all of the moves without being condescending and will teach you how to control your punches with the aid of the inflatable punchbag. I have most incarnations of Billy's Tae-Bo DVD's from Advanced Tae-Bo to BootCamp (with Billy Bands) and I thought I knew everything there was to know about Tae-Bo but this is so different and so much fun, kicking and punching with a bag teaches a different type of control and I really cannot overstate how much fun you will have kicking and punching the bag that comes with the DVD.Fantastic.
