Fold-away exercise bike October 15, 2008 Annie Apple 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Absolutely brilliant basic exercise bike designed for people seeking regular exercise without being fanatic about it. The simple computer is easy to use and gives sufficient information to maintain general fitness. This bike is very easy to assemble and although at first glance it appears some nuts and bolts are missing, on closer inspection everything is present and correct and in the right places. The saddle is soft and comfortable to sit on, which to me is most important. There are around 9-10 levels of 'resistance' to work against and the bike stands stable when in use.
Very good beginners bike August 25, 2008 B. Morley (Leeds, UK) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This is a really good beginners bike. I'm not very fit but I find the resistance levels perfect and at 5 foot 4 the height is fine and my partner who is 6 foot plus can ride fine too. I agree with other reviewers that the instructions are not particularly helpful - my advice is to just use common sense and it'll go together fine! The ride is very smooth and the display shows all you need - all in all a good little bike and very well built for the price.
Not for the long legged! August 10, 2008 Shane Crawford 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
Not a bad exercise bike but the seat doesn't go up very far so if you have long legs don't even bother with this bike. I'm 5'4" (163cm) and my legs easily reach the peddles with the seat at the maximum height. it is quiet, but as another reviewer has already mentioned, it's still quite bulky when it's folded up. it's not bad though for the price and I don't think there's very many smaller exercise bikes out there.
simple&effective July 24, 2008 H. Morrison (Scotland) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
A sturdy and simple machine, very suitable for beginners and silver surfers like me.Easy to assemble and operate.Welding a bit crude but in no way affects the working of the cycle.Altogether an excellent purchase at this price
Good basic bike April 26, 2008 Joan Cecil (Gloucestershire UK) 15 out of 15 found this review helpful
This is a good, sturdy exercise bike for someone who doesn't need extras. Easy to assemble - it took about 20 minutes. Comfortable and easy to adjust. For someone looking for a simple bike this would fit the bill. The price is just about right at 59.99, I wouldn't pay the displayed previous price of 99.99.
