Product Description The Cyberphone W is a two piece USB handset with MP3 comparable sound quality and has powerful features when used with Skype. A desktop icon displays Cyberphone and Skype status and as it is USB powered, it frees up the sound card for other purposes.

best so far August 28, 2008 M. Ali (London) been through several phones and headphones. this product has superior voice input and output quality. It is a bit on the heavy side if you intend to carry it with you in your laptop bag etc... but not that heavy unless your fussy. if you want it for skype only, then it is incredible as it works in perfect sync with skype. If you want it for other VOIP software then it will work as a ear and mic piece. the touchpad etc.. does not work with other softwares. You get MP3 quality output. the unit fits very nicely with the contour of your face. you don't get hot ears as is the case with headphones and some other usb phones. and it has a neat button for your voicemail. the guy who is recorded for this sounds like Arnold in Terminator, maybe a little scarier. Last thing, once installed it takes over your sound card. however, it tells you this in the cd application and shows you how to change back the settings so that it is responsible only for calls and not speakers for instance. enjoy!
NOT what is says on the label January 29, 2008 J. M. Ltd (Ross on Wye, England) I like this phone and I really like all of the things that the makers say it can do, it is a shame that it doesn't do them. You cannot use the dial pad and the makers website simply directs you to a sales catalogues when you try to get support. I think Skype should remove the Skype certificate. Its a shame it is a very nice (and cheap) phone but I would not have bought it if I had known it was just a glorified headset.
vista incompatible January 6, 2008 J. Hamilton (Glasgow, Scotland) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I was disappointed to discover that the phone was incompatible with windows vista which is the operating system on my laptop. Apparently the drivers required will not be out until February.
Very good phone, feels and sounds like desktop October 29, 2007 Graham Roberts-phelps (SafeEuropeanHome) I stated using Skype over a year and struggled with headsets and mics. Found this phone and love. Easy to use, plug and play any PC, download software updates etc from voipvoice site. Curly cable gets a little tangled, but veyr comfy handset. Recommended.
Amazing Product - no Fauts - a must if you have skype December 2, 2006 Mr. J. L. Petrie (Wales) 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
This is one amazing product and for only 20 you cant go wrong! The sound quality (skype to landline) is better than a normal landline! Easy to install! dont listen to people who say they have had problems with their computer sounds - it is all very clear in the manual on how to set up this phone! You can play music whilst on the phone too which is a bonus! Get one now before they all go!
