this is phone is fairly attractive in design and performs well, with crystal clear audio quality and useful buttons. the cord is 2.5m long and therefore allows you to move around slightly, instead of being confined to the computer chair or right next to your laptop.
however, the USB cable provided is incredibly poor quality and will almost certainly break or become faulty within the first use or after a few weeks. i've been through 3 of these phones and yet to find one that doesn't emit strange electrical sounds and break within a week of use.
i would most certainly consider other phones within the same price range before purchasing this incredibly unreliable phone.

This would have been a five-star review; sound quality is very good and it's a nice compact size and design. But I've had two of these 9602 phones and both died on me -- one for a faulty connection at the point where the wire links with the handset, and the other where the wire connects into the USB port on my laptop. I replaced the first one with another product, and it looks like I'll have to do likewise again. Sorry, US Robotics, you almost had a good piece of kit here...
