Speedy delivery!!
Had been looking for a bike for a while but didn't want to spend a lot of money. This one fit the bill.
It was easy to put together, even if we did struggle a little to remove one of the nuts.
Looking forward to putting it to good use.

I love the colour and the feel of the bike. Having dual suspension it is comfortable to ride. Went out on my first bike ride last week and it was a smooth ride. The only mishap we had when assembling the bike, was the handlebar location was dented - instead of packing it all back up and returning it my husband knocked it back into shape and was fine. I am very pleased with the price I paid for this bike - I was'nt looking for anything super, just a cheap bike and this does the job for my casual bike rides.

Overall I am pleased with this cycle although it was very difficult to assemble having arrived without the "fantastic instructions" received by other customers!!

The Item / Package...
on opening the package it was obvious it had been opened before and re-packed (staples were ripped through the cardboard and cargo straps were holding the box together).. principal component(s) were missing making it impossible to assemble (so i would have had to return anyway), there was a dent in the handlebar location spigot so i would not have been able to fix the handlebars,
Other Observations...
brake and gear cables were snagged where the handlebars had dangled in the box, components were of shoddy quality, sprockets were cheap pressed metal, brakes were plastic with hollow pop-rivet flimsey linkages (they wouldnt have lasted a weeks use)there were cable-ties and cardboard floating around loose in the box
i requested a refund as i think it is totally unsuitable. I ordered a cheap bike.. expected it to be heavy but got something trashy and unsafe instead (it was for my daughter.. there`s no way i`d let her ride that).. she currently has a 10-plus year old "apollo" that has been passed down from her older siblings - now that too was a cheap bike but of much higher build-quality and has lasted despite years of abuse
i have awarded one star in anticipation of getting my money back, otherwise it would have gotten a zero
it`s a lesson to me in future i`d never order an item like this without seeing it in the flesh first

I have wanted a bike for some time and have looked and looked. This one caught my eye, great colour, nice looking bike and the price well it was certainly fantastic value for money.
The speed with which it arrived was fantastic, well done Amazon as ever!
The bike was easy to assemble and came with fantastic instructions thanks to Universal.
This price can't be beaten.... I am thrilled to bits and cant wait to get cycling along the canal bank locally. Watch out here I come...
