- Very uncomfortable on back of knee
- Very restrictive
- Metal hinges on the sides stick out a long way and not as snug as the pictures suggest (can easily rub against opposite knee)
- As far as i could tell, i can find no reason how/why the metal supports/hinges give any added support to your knee.
- Very little support to the knee cap
- Highly un-impressed overall
Sorry for being brutal but i was looking forward to getting this support in the hope that it would help greatly with my knee recovery, but i probably get as much support (if not more) from a 9.99 support i bought a while back.
