Unwearable after 20 mins of training November 12, 2008

After 20mins of training I have noticed a serious design floor which makes these shows unwearable.
On each shoe on the outside of the boot is a hard Plastic piece which the shoe lace attaches to on the outside of the foot, this can just be seen in the picture where it says "grays". This Plastic piece is too high on the shoe and when twisting and turning it digs very violently into the underneath my ankle bone... so much so that I started to bleed. As it is of a hard plastic this WILL NOT soften and have made these boots unwearable.
