i got these for my 36th birthday in november 2007 , i do have other pairs of merrell shoes .. i would say merrell do make a good pair's of shoes .. in all different styles and prices .. these are excellent for walking long distances and they are so comfortable , they are not waterproof but you can buy waterproof stuff in a can quite cheaply from your good local shoe shop .. i recommend these shoes and i give them a five star , for excellent quality and comfort ..
i tell you you won't be disapointed ..
